- When will my order be shipped?
All orders are made to order, meaning the sea moss gel is not made until the order has been received. Once the order is received, sea moss gel has a 48 hour preparation time.
All orders are shipped Monday-Wednesday during the week. This is to avoid any hiccups in the delivery process, considering that sea moss is perishable and is suggested to be cold for prolonged freshness.
Sea moss gel does not go bad upon getting warm. It can be warm but is suggested to be refrigerated for the remainder of it's shelf life.
All sea moss jars are shipped with insulated wrap and cold packs to avoid possible overheating during delivery. If your jar is warm by the time you receive it, it's still good. Just be sure to refrigerate immediately after receiving.

All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail.
Locals near the Phoenix, AZ area have an estimated delivery time of 1 business day.
All other states have an estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days.
- When is the best time to order?
The best times to order are in between Friday 12am MST - Saturday 11:59pm MST.
- When does the sea moss gel expire?
The gel lasts 2-3 weeks refrigerated. Sea moss gel is the freshest and most potent within the first 2 weeks and should be consumed as soon as possible.
All jars have a 'Best By' date. This date is the suggested time the sea moss gel should be consumed by. The gel may last longer than the printed date. The gel goes bad when you notice a strong rancid smell and or molding.
- How much of the sea moss should I take?
The suggested daily dose for an adult is 2 tablespoons. As your body adjusts to absorbing so many minerals, you will only benefit from consuming larger amounts of the gel.
- Can I give sea moss to my children?
Sea moss is a natural source of minerals and is safe for children to consume. Just as with all things, sea moss should be taken in moderation. It's suggested that children are given half of the amount that is suggested for adults.
- What is the best way to consume the sea moss gel?
You'll get the most out of your sea moss when it's consumed in the least tampered state. From a spoon to your gut, on an empty stomach is the best way to have it. Always follow your sea moss intake with lots and lots of water to allow the vitamins and minerals to travel throughout your entire body.

- Is it safe to consume sea moss while pregnant or nursing?
Sea moss is a natural source of vitamins and minerals. More natural than an over the counter prenatal vitamin and also has a greater absorption rate. Sea moss is Dr. Sebi approved to consume while pregnant or nursing but it's highly suggested to do your own research and decide on your own whether it will be healthy for you and your baby.
